I edited the post to include the current Vegas number... it had dipped to -17.5/18 earlier this morning but now I see it's back up to -19/19.5. I'm not even worried about those minor deviations in the line. VT should win this one going away. I would not be surprised if they're close to covering the game spread at halftime.

I like Minnesota. Already on USC. Why you like WVU? I was leaning the other way. GL today.

Granted, I have some reservations about WVU but I think that they are the better overall team and they probably can't wait to get that bad taste out of their mouths from last week... a game in which they fumbled away any chance they had to win it.

It's senior day for Iowa State, but they may have played their best game of the year last week against Texas Tech and it's not like there's any bowl bid at stake here for them.

Like I said, this isn't by any means a high-confidence game for me, but I do like the Mountaineers.

This is Notre Dame's consolation prize to close out the year... it's a de facto bowl game for them and I see no reason why they won't leave it all on the field. Seventeen points is quite a bit to lay against the Irish. I think maybe the price on USC has risen past the point of value. Notre Dame is not as bad as Oregon or Cal imo, and yet, they're getting similar points. I'll take my chances with the dog.
