They were moving the ball on the ground but to the outside. So ASU stacks the inside thinking Utah will run it there and they guessed right.

Go with what was successful. Run to the outside!

I can see that first PI call. The receiver wasn't allowed to reach up for the ball with his right arm. I didn't see any PI for that second one but I'll take it.
