    Some Huge Games This Week
This week will goa long way in determining teams who will play in the Conference Championship games.

Va. Tech @ Pitt. This Thursday Night game is basically an elimination game. The loser will be out of the ACC Coastal race unless the entire Division falls apart.

Clemson @ Florida State. A Clemson win puts them in the ACC Championship game if they can win 2 out of 3 against Syracuse and Pitt at home, and at Wake. A Florida State win gives Louisville some hope. Opeing line. Clemson -3.

Nebraska @ Wisconsin. The next two games for Nebraska (at Wisconsin and at Ohio State) will go a long way in determining their fate in the Big 10 West. Wisky's schedule takes a decidedly softer turn after this game. Opening line. Wisky -6 1/2.

Washington @ Utah. This could be a preview of the Pac 12 CC game. This should be the toughest game for UDub until their Civil War game (Apple Cup) at Wazzu. Utah cannot afford a second conference loss in the wild three way battle for the Pac 12 South. Opening line. Washington -11 1/2.

Other games of interests: Michigan @ Michigan State. Who would have believed that this was a rather meaningless game. The only thing that may get determined in this game is will Michigan State get a bowl game...Florida vs Georgia. The Biggest cocktail party in football is huge for Florida. Their hopes of winning the SEC East ride on this game...

    good stuff, big daddy

i love the washington-utah game........ don't forget that utah's QB was basically sent packing by petersen when he arrived at washington. HUGE chip on his shoulder i've read - and i don't blame him........... i'm trying to handicap the PAC-12 south. i think one huge difference is colorado doesn't play washington. utah-colorado play very late. if colorado beats utah and the colorado/utah/USC tie for 1st, i think they'd each be 1-1 head-to-head.

i'll just ask this here so as to not start a new thread,

what's the deal with utah's replacement tailback they got from student population? he had 335 yards rushing yesterday vs. UCLA.

if he was out of football, why was he still at utah? i think he's from new york. wouldn't it have been cheaper/easier to transfer to university near his home? or was on some medical waiver but then he passed the medical test to come back?? ........ just curious for some details/color on the back story.

Anyone who wants to take Florida may want to wait until live. Uf usually starts off slow while Uga usually starts off strong then shits the bed late in the game
