ASU/USC second half thoughts

OK, I don't see anyone else chiming in so I'll put in my words.

USC -4 (2nd half)

One thing I look at for 2nd half bets when a team gets up big is whether their running game can be stopped. ASU could not stop the USC running game. So the point is that USC will probably go to the run game later on. They should still be able to score.

ASU lost their 1st string QB just before the half. No word on whether he will be back but it won't matter much. He didn't do anything in the first half. If he doesn't come back ASU's 2nd string has never played in college before. USC has stopped ASU's run game as well.

USC is 1-3 and wants a good performance against a 4-0 Pac 12 rival. They will continue to pour it on.

I won't jinx your bet so I won't mention it specifically. I'll just say USC pouring it on early. Plenty of football left to be played.

Not to concerned on this one need some good vibes on my next play brooks -300 for 2 units. It's a bigger wager and most chalk I've laid down in a while.

I forgot that ASU was ranked something like 4th in the nation in outscoring their opponent in the 4th quarter. Nebraska is 1st and both teams came true to their ranking. I'll have to remember that for next week.

Just as an FYI, I'm taking Wyoming/CSU over 27 for the 2nd half. Wyoming's Brian Hill ran for 79 yards in the 1st half. CSU has 238 passing yards and trail at the half so they will continue passing in the 2nd. I'm not sure if Wyoming will be able to adapt to stop CSU's passing game in the 2nd. We'll see.
