Advice From a UW Alum (Stanford @ UW -/+3 ;; o/u 45)
Yes, this game was circled at the beginning of the year against Stanford knowing this game is gonna determine the division and the entire college football season (most likely) for both teams. But this doesn't mean UW is gonna roll by or even win outright. This is the Pac 12 Conference. Literally anything can happen in these games. I wouldn't be confident at all betting Huskies -3.5; on the other hand, I wouldn't jump at Cardinals +3.5 either.
I do expect the Dawgs to get comfortable with their pass game knowing they won't rush for many yards against Stanford's D. On the other hand, I'm really questionable about whether McCaffrey will explode for yardage or just get semi-shut down.
One thing I am predicting is a grind out game by both teams trying to control for field position by using lots of rush plays, sweeps, short passes. If I had to choose, I'd take under 45 as the best best in this game. Maybe even consider a 6.5 point teaser to get Stanford +10 // u51.5.
