Was just about to make a thread about this. If Texas Tech gets up early (say they're winning 35-10 at half or so), they aren't the kind of team that just runs on every down the rest of the game to run out the clock.

54 is a lot, but they average 61 per game and I think they get there on a poor KU defense. Also, Tex Tech survived with a close victory last year vs KU, and I think they want people to know that was just a fluke.

This is Techs coming out party... they want Mahomes in the Heisman discussion, theyre at home on a Thursday Night so the place will be rocking.. They also believe with 1 loss if they can win the big 12 they can make a bcs game... I backed away from Tech TT over 38 against AZ St and they put up 55... ever since that game i told myself id bet the TT every week til they let me down... It worked last week... theyll get to 60 tonight easily
