    I looked at the numbers and the Stats and under normal circumstances, UCLA should not beat a good defensive Stanford team. UCLA is much like USC in my opinion with even far inferior defenses.

    Let me know if you have a valid reason in which UCLA beats Stanford.

    Stanford to cover over UCLA this Saturday will be my biggest play year to date. Missed the 2.5 and have to play it at 3 but still love it just as much. I will watch the line as the week goes on and maybe get lucky.

      Well, we are in agreement. David Shaw has shown up against UCLA every year, and IMO, UCLA isn't even as good as USC. I see at least minimum a 7pt victory.

        The only thing I can actually think of is Stanford on the road. Definitely not as effective, but just the matchup between these 2 favors Stanford.

              UCLA run defense looked great against BYU, and of course they have the best Qb to come around since Big Ben.

                Stanford usually loses to a team on either extreme like Utah, who punches you in the face, or a crazy offensive team like Oregon. UCLA is neither of those things. I don't think the line is that trappy, it's just bad.

                Stanford -3 FTW

                      Crazy... everybody said the same thing about Miami -3.5 vs App St... "Dont play it" "its a trap" "theyre wanting you to take Miami"... we all know how that turned out...

                        Miami has been a team of inconsistency as of late. They are getting to the point I would feel comfortable putting money on them again. They have got control of The ZOO! Or The U..

                          Stop making excuses for your losing App. State wagers. A child of three could have figured that game out. That game was a perfect example of all of you losers in here trying to show all of the sharps that you were sharper than they were. How did that work out losers?
                          In this game, Stanford has the better overall offense, and by far the better defense. They are 8-0 SU and 7-1 ATS in their last 8 games against Uceless. There will be as many Stanford fans in the seats than UCLA fans. Stanford -3 is a good play.

                                UCLA is small. Nebraska took advantage of that in the bowl game. Stanford will run run run the ball down their throat.

                                  A few reasons

                                  first real road start for new Stanford QB, a large downgrade from Hogan
                                  Stanford offensive line has not generated the same holes or the same push to start the year as in the recent past
                                  True revenge for ucla off humiliating national tv game last year
                                  High quality ucla defensive line
                                  @Washington on deck

                                  But good luck if you bet Stanford. I want everyone to win.
