Long time lurker on here thought i'd post my longshot parlay for this weekend. I normally dont do parlays, and if i do its most likely a 2 teamer. But I found something I liked about all these games so what the hell i'm going for it:
$30 to win $993.95 (i know big spender right?)
Oregon +3. Riley has NEVER beaten Oregon. Oregon speed on offense will overwhelm Nebraska defense. Only concern is Oregon rush defense. I think this line got an inflated line due to the "blowout" of Wyoming last week. Oregon wins outright.
Alabama -11. Alabama has lost to Ole Miss twice in row. Nobody has beat Saban 3 times in a row. Also, I think Saban was really disappointed in their performance last week, wanting more points in the game. I watched the 2nd half of that game and it kind of appeared to me anyway Alabama was just kind of going through the motions. I actually like what Chad Kelly has done as a QB, but Fl State proved he can be shut down completely. And Alabama defense is the best of the best defense. Blowout alert here!
Miss St +14. I chose this game simply because of two factors....the o/u is 45 and 14 is a ton of points in a low scoring college game and two LSU QB problem. Miss St showed last week they are at the least a capable team. LSU? Eh the jury is still out if they would qualify as capable.
Fl State -1. Fl State is deeper position by position than Louisville. At last, a team with athletes that can keep up with Louisville. I look for yet another Fl State comeback in the 4th quarter to get the win.
Oklahoma +1 1/2. Took this game for one simple reason. I think the line was -11 or -12 OK two weeks ago. Whats changed? Nothing.
TCu -24. Iowa State is a complete mess. TCU looking to make a statement at home after breaking their what was it 13 game home winning streak. Iowa St got blown out 42-3 by Iowa last week, which is a huge rivalry game they are supposed to get up for. I predict TCU comes out firing on all cylinders while Iowa State comes out flat. Game over by half time.
