Why is UMass home dog? Bovada has them at +1.5 what am I missing here?

if anything even though mcgough will line up behind ctr he will play sore
otherwise 2 equally weak 0-2 teams, although personally i think umass played tougher against tougher opps than did fiu
minutemen r on home turf and therefore should be favored in an even matchup.
