Tough physical game. It basically boils down to the lines. Who blocks the best. If it comes down to talent, Stanford wins.

iowa with the points and the ml. they have had another month of hearing how they dont belong on the same field as stanford which is beyond ridiculous. styles of play alone helps dictate this game most likely being close, and quite frankly i just dont think trees all that great. 3 seems far more right to me here so +6 has a lot of value as does getting 2 to 1 on a team very capable of winning this game..

They beat usc, notre dame, ucla, cal, and beat usc again in the championship game. These are all very good wins. Iowa beat illinois state, iowa state, pitt, north texas, illinois, maryland....you get my point? Standford will rape Iowa.

Couldn't agree with you more 2daBank! Iowa is going to take the same gameplan that Northwestern used to beat Stanford. Iowa has no doubt about it a much better offense than Northwestern and at absolute worst case the same defense. I personally think their defense is better than Northwestern's myself.

It's hard not to use that game as a measuring stick for this game since Northwestern is a common opponent both teams played this year. You also forgot to mention Iowa went to Madison and beat Wisconsin whom just beat USC. Iowa Offense & Defense is much better than Northwestern IMO so if Iowa follows the same game plan I don't see why they wouldn't win this game today.
