I think Michigan State is overmatched. So do the oddsmakers, apparently.

My early inclination is to lay the chalk. Sparty's brand of small ball ain't gonna get it done here.

10 may be the right line. MSU will need Connor Cook to play big time to defeat Alabama, who has a good enough offense to put some points on the board. Certainly the most boring of the two games and the reason why they get the late start on 12/31. Pass for now. Let's see how things play out in the next two weeks or so.
