I can't believe texas tech is +1. this seems like a steal.
can anyone really justify taking texas in this one?

I could justify it if I tried hard. I'm a lawyer, and a long-time handicapper, and I can almost always make a case for both sides. But the case for Tech is more compelling, and my $$$ wil be on the Red Raiders.
