How is Georgia given the right to be -14.5 favorites

Not saying its a play to take Kentucky but thats a lot of points for a team that has been struggling this year. I'd be skeptical taking Georgia -3 with how they are playing.

Kentucky is a bad team and Georgia owns Kentucky, but if Kentucky is gone beatt Georgis, today is the day.

under appears to be the play to me., uk gonna struggle to score against the uga defense, uga gonna struggle to score cause their offense is trash..
