Wow they totally just broke the rules -- to my knowledge the ONLY penalty that is reviewable is the Targeting penalty! If they called it on the field they cannot review if it really was/wasn't block in the back! They called it on the field, it CANNOT be reviewed!

The review was not on the penalty, even though they first said that there was a block in the back. I'm not sure how they could go back and not say their was a block in the back? But they were reviewing if the knee was down on the 3rd out of 8 lateral.

They're effing retarded, trying to justify the call - 'remember they were reviewing a knee being down or whatever and they gave them precedence to look at everything and realize it was a legal block' - are they serious??? They did NOT pick up the flag and THEN review the play - that is the ONLY time you can take back a penalty, when you realize it before you make the call. They CLEARLY called it on the field, which means it should stand and CANNOT be reviewed...

I saw 3 block in the backs on that play. 2 very early in the play and another 1 on the sidelines. I think the refs were enamored by the play instead of watching the action in the trenches. Feel bad for all the Duke ML bettors.

Nope. Ref came out and said illegal block on the back. Went to replay. Got caught with his dick in his hand. Came back and changed it to knee down or not. Zebra just got exposed.
