Petersen is great at game planning and will have a unique plan and amped up team
Huskies two losses have come to top 25 teams with a combined record of 7-1. Outscored by 9 points in the two contests
Sarkisian might not desire to run the score up against his former team.
USC blew out AZST because of two turnovers and lost their other PAC12 contest to Stanford.

I think there is too much youth for the Huskies to win outright, but I think there are enough factors indicating it will stay below 14 points
