Under in Clemson/ND game?

Thinking the inclement weather from the hurricane (cold, windy and rainy) makes it difficult to score. At 53.5 currently, I think under looks pretty good.

Anyone have some insight/thoughts?

Sounds great in theory, but sometimes inclement weather causes goof ups that cost points.
