The wake up call last weekend for Stanford's game with Northwestern for the players was a little before 5 AM Western time. Stanford just didn't play with any type of fire in that game and lost SU as 10 point chalk. If you were smart like myself and had NW in that game, you could catch a nice double-play of time zone betting this weekend. This weekend, Stanford hosts UCF in a game that will not kick-off until around 10:30 Eastern time. Stanford was quickly bet up from 16 to 19 in this game. I have this game capped at Stanford -23.5 for those wondering. Stanford is a great fade/play team for time zone changes for one key reason. Stanford prides itself on outworking the either team and being more physical in general than the other team. When that doesn't happen, Stanford generally has a tough time getting by even lower tier competition. After such an embarassing Week 1 loss, Stanford will be out for blood before their big match-up next week. On the other hand hand, UCF will likely come into this game flat after being shocked by FIU in their opener and being forced to play football at a very late hour for them. This game will finish close to 2 AM Eastern time!

#7Stanford has a terrible HC. USC knows how to stop what little offense they have. USC has held Stanford to 27 points in their past two meetings. That is probably less than USC will score Saturday alone. You had better get a bunch of points if yiiu are goibg to throw your money away on Stanford.Comment
