Miami Wager Cancelled?

Can someone tell my why a parlay I had with Miami money-line in it, had the Miami portion was "cancelled"?

I know there was a long lightening delay, but the game finished from what I can tell...

It was my impression that games versus non FBS teams are not able to be parlayed and instead, just bet straight up.

5Dimes allows parlays on every lined game.
