I think Vandy Defense is good! Just got through watching WKU offense and they are dynamic and for Vandy to hold them to 14 is impresses.But I am not impress with their defense that being said I think Vandy slows down Georgia offensively and 21 is just too many for meComment -
I usually do not do this because if I had to explain my entire card I would never get through it. I profit through volume. Most of the time the information I am about to provide you is irrelevant to me, however I will give you my reasons for taking ISU by actual handicapping this game. I will not disclose the negatives because you already have that going because otherwise I wouldn't be responding to your question. So here we go.Originally posted by wizcodlifa
1) In-state rivalry. These are the two most known football programs in your state.
2) Big brother, little brother. Little brother mostly gets up for big brother. Little brother always wants to show big brother what he can do.
3) Low expectations. Iowa State is predicted to win no more than four games at the most. This is actually one of the easiest games on their schedule. This is a must win for them if they want to win at least those four games and hope they can pull a rabbit out the hat and pull two upsets and become bowl eligible.
4) The last four have been decided by a touchdown or less. Vegas seems to think it will be a lot closer. I think so too.
5) They blew out a very good FCS team that is a championship contender. Yes, but Illinois State is the cream of the crop in the FCS. They could beat half the FBS teams. The offense clicked, especially the receiving corp and the defense played defense with a steady pass rush.
This is enough for me to take a chance with the little brother who could actually make a bowl appearance if they could get this win. I am not being insensitive but I do not think the Tyler Sash incident will have an affect on this game. Prayers to his family.
That is just my little two scents. Besides, you are a student of Iowa so why would you even consider losing to ISU? School pride. Nothing like it.Comment -

No power rankings or anybody's rankings. I use computer generated predictions from over fifty computer programs. I then go through each game to see what games fall within my own guidelines of playing what games and what sides to take. Then I go through the injury report to see how the rotations will be affected concerning the outcome of the games I have chosen. Some games are then cut again from the card. That's pretty much it.
