Pound it whenever you can. Petrino will provide points in the first 2-3 drives and Louisville's defense should be able to make a stop or two. After such an embarrassing end to last season defensively (especially against the run), no doubt Louisville will be ready. Keep in mind this is the biggest opening game that Louisville has played in a very long time. This game compares a lot to the Florida Sugar Bowl game IMO (new DC Will Muschamp coached that Gators team )

I'd sign up for that result in this game if I could - I had the ville on the moneyline and it was sweet.

Auburn D is so much better then Louisville O, it's more of how long can Louisville's D hold up? Auburn is the best team in the SEC and would need to basically have nothing go right for them offensively to lose this game.

are you kidding me lol? The same team that lost 4 of their last 5 games and is undergoing a complete overhaul on defense? With a brand new QB? Quit smoking dope. They are closer to the worst of the SEC West than the best

good luck with that. That doesn't mean ish. They probably have a favorable schedule. They aren't the best team in the SEC though, that is for sure

you are penetrating idiots. If you watched that game and STILL think Auburn is a top 10 team, you are a lost cause. Louisville wins that game if not for all the first half miscues. 10+ point swing on that 80+ yard fumble return. 6 point swing on that BS 55+ yarder that the kid couldn't make again if his life depended on it and Louisville's solid kicker missing a chip shot from 30 yards. With that said, Louisville is nowhere near a top 10 team either and held Auburn to like 2 offensive TD's basically

Considering his long before that was 52 and that kick looked like it would be good from 62, I would think he could hit it again lol

Auburn always starts out slow to begin the season. Especially when breaking in new QB and RB. To say we are the worst in our division is either bitter taste from the game or just ignorance. We have a lot of work to do, but not the worst. Good luck to your cardinals the rest of the season. You guys have a good team.

its a 50+ yard field goal from a college kicker. Guy was 5-9 from 40+ yards coming into this game. From 56, he was at best a 50% kicker from 56, probably closer to 30
