I haven't seen USC yet this year, but they didn't look sharp, besides Reggie Bush. This is the 3rd Notre Dame game I've seen this year, and they seem like a real overachieving bunch. Today's game could have easily gone either way. When the clocked showed zero at the end of the game, I thought it was over. Lucky for USC the refs decided to give them another chance, which was correct due to the ball bouncing out of bounce, but still, what drama.

I feel like going jjgold (making a premature overreaction) and saying Charlie Weis is the best coach in the country. To do what he did today with a clearly overmanned team was phenomenal.

USC finally got a taste of major college football today. What a joke the PAC-10 is. The third best team, UCLA, should have lost to Washington St., and the fourth best team (I guess), Cal, lost to Oregon St. at home.

even with the loss today, I think these guys are a top 7 team...what a game..probably the best one of the year IMO...
