How long are Iowa fans going to put up with this dud? There should be a fan boycott until the idiot AD Gary Barta and his pal Kirk Ferentz are fired.

OWA CITY, Iowa (AP) - Iowa assistant coach Brian Ferentz has been named the program's running game coordinator.
Ferentz, the son of head coach Kirk Ferentz and a former three-year starter for the Hawkeyes, has served as Iowa's offensive line coach for the past three seasons. He'll continue to coach the linemen while also directing the Hawkeyes' rushing attack.

Iowa also says LeVar Woods will shift from coaching linebackers to working with the team's tight ends.
Recruiting coordinator Seth Wallace, who worked with defensive linemen last season, will be a defensive backs coach.

The mood was a clear intolerance that leaves a lot of healing to be done before the fall.

Bootom line here is they dont have any in state talent to recruit, and black kids from they south don't want to travel,live, and or play for iowa, Not too mention ferentz is soo hated his players wanna write books about there time at iowa., too make the coach look like a fool.

Who ever told you that you knew anything about college football? You really are a dumb arse when it comes to that. I have said for the past 10 years that Ferentz was over-paid and over-rated. You may not have even been born 10 years ago. The fact is this. Iowa will NEVER get rid of him. They have had more than enough opportunities to do so, but they refuse to do so. They are worse than Texas was with Mack Brown. You read a few comments by a few fans and think that the entire stste of Iowa is all upset. As usual, you are way off base. Iowa is sucked into a terrible contract with him. Ferentz will leave when FERENTZ wants to leave, not when IOWA wants him to leave.
