The Thundering Herd are undefeated this season but of course will not be considered for any Playoff games. They are holding out hope for a New Year's Day Bowl game at best. First off they would have to beat W Ky and then win the Conference USA Championship game next week. My $ says they stumble and it might just be this Friday.
The Hilltoppers are a team that can score, putting up 42 ppg and averaging a whopping 351 passing ypg. They've got defensive issues for sure but they're fresh off a 45-7 beating of Texas-SanAntonio. Marshall meanwhile struggled last week against lowly UAB, squeaking out a 23-18 win. The pressure may be getting to the Herd. Play WKU on the ML. The odds are long but.....you never know.
