Can someone tell me when is the sesaon win bet total official? is it after the last game a team plays? also does it include bowl games? I did npot think so...Any help wpuld be apprecaited.

Becomes "official" after the team's last regular season game is played. In other words, you aren't getting paid until then. And no, bowl games do not count.
