Tulsa has only given up less than 30 points once, right? They have some pitiful teams on that schedule too. I lean the under but it sure is tricky. UCF has a better offense than a few of those teams that hung 30+ on them as well. If Tulsa gets 17 it's going over I believe.Comment -

I kind of like the over here, but real confident in it both teams are turnover prone, which may lead to a lot of short fields (or wasted redzone opprtunities....Tulsa Defense is atrocious..........I like UCF minus the chalk more....Comment -
