    kentucky +26.5 vs LSU

Call me crazy, but kentucky played pretty well agaisnt Florida. Certainly don't think they win, but I think they make it kinda respectable and maybe only lose by 3 td's?? thoughts?

This LSU's 1st decent offensive team that they have played at home this year. LSU will put 40+ on Kentucky's bad D but how many points will Kentucky score is the main question. I wouldn't be suprised if LSU covered or if Kentucky covered. I do think LSU jumps on them early but garbage time could become crucial. Tough call either way.

I'm not playing this game, but if I had to, I'd lay the wood.
LSU is a bully, that is they have the ability/desire to cover a spread like this. Before the narrow miss against Miss. St. - who they still beat by 31 - LSU had covered 9 in a row as a 25+ point favorite. In that game, they took Russell out in the third quarter, but brought him back in when MSU cut the lead to 25.
Kentucky is a little better, but Little is out, which can really stall their offense - which probably wouldn't score 10 anyway against this defense.
Also, Kentucky hasn't been to Baton Rouge - which is one of the most difficult places in the nation to play - since 2000, when it lost 34-0, coincidentally after a loss at Florida. That LSU team (which lost at home to UAB, and went 8-3) was nowhere near as good as this year's LSU team, and I can see this getting ugly real quick.

razz, i love the history lessons. keep them coming, great insight per usual. Two plays i have so far for sat, are cal -7.5 and navy +1. Do you think the navy line would make it all the way to a +3? wonderin if i wait, or just plunk down now on the early line? Thanks Razz

I like Navy this week as well, and I played them last night at -2. Slight mistake, but I wanted to ensure I didn't get stuck with a -3 or something. At this point, I would wait until it looks like money is starting to come in on Navy - which I believe it will at some point. I doubt if it gets to 3 before Navy money starts coming in, but you never know.
I love Cal's team, but actually think WSU could keep that game close. No play for me, but if I was betting Cal, I'd bet them ASAP.

Thanks my friend, I did get CAL this AM for a few units at the -7.5. I am good there. I will hold off till later in the week on Navy. Also considering an Oregon -10 play. The PAC 10 has been good to me this year
