Iowa was one of the least prepared bowl teams I've ever seen today. That falls directly on the coaching staff.

Absolutely, but they won't fire him with that contract. You don't see teams go an entire season without knowing who their QB is very often.. Seems like every big ten program is trending upward besides Iowa at this point
