What is up with the Mich St. / EMU line?

Especially with an O/U of 52.

o/u is telling you e mich may not score a point. They scored 3 at old dominion and 0 at florida...mich st d is pretty nasty.

From the sounds of it, I wouldn't be surprised if Mich St covers but it goes under. Seems like that type of play.
