What am i missing on this BYU game?

Seems to easy. I just can't see any aspect Houston stays in this passed Kickoff.

This was a really tight game last season. If memory serves me right, Houston was getting like 8-10 points and had the lead late in the game; it may have went into O.T. I understand it is 1 year later and being played at a different venue, but... I'll be playing BYU or nothing but for some reason I feel the need to back off of this one.

I saw that game, but this year Houston isn't impressing at all. Houston played Grambling last and Houston QB O'korn was not impressive from stat line. Something up in Houston and don't wanna bet against them when they figure it out.

I can make a case for Houston:

1. BYU can stop the run. They beat two running teams in UConn and Texas. UConn is horrible and Texas without Ash couldn't throw and BYU knew it. But can BYU stop Houston's passing attack?

2. BYU could be reading their press about how it could reach the playoff because of its schedule. Maybe they get cocky and overlook Houston.

3. The Houston loss to UTSA wasn't as bad as it sounds as they had 6 turnovers and the game got out of hand.

4. Last year's BYU - Houston game was very close.

5. It's a Thursday and crazy sh*t happens on Thursdays.

why?? It was obvious BYU was overinflated. They had been lucky with turnovers thru 2 games and it finally came back on them. The YPP stat wasn't that lopsided. BYU was around 5.5, while Houston was at around 5 even. A 0.5 yard margin won't cover a 17 point spread without a lot of help (turnovers, bad on 3rd down, etc)
