    Thoughts on BYU @ Texas
I'm curious on anyone's thoughts on this game. Currently BYU is +1. Hill looked good last week. Even without his top receiver who was out due to suspension. He threw for over 300 and rushed for almost 100 more. He beat this Texas team last year by running all over them. They ran for 550 yards including 259 from Hill.

As for Texas, they'll be starting sophomore Tyrone swoopes after Ash was ruled out due to concussion symptoms. Apparently when this kid turns his head to the left, he blacks out. So he may just be hanging the cleats up for his career. Seems pretty serious, even though he didn't seem to get knocked around at all last week. Guess it's just something that lingered around from when they played BYU last year.

Anyone have any thoughts on this game. BYU seems to be the play here. Swoopes saw minimal time last year. Hill is a 3 year starter. BYU also had 4 other starters out last week who will all be returning this week

Had Texas last year. Won't be making that same mistake twice. This one looks easy... Although don't count out the revenge factor. Texas got embarrassed on national tv. Humiliated really...

Hi, long time reader 1rst time poster... I'm thinking this will be a must win or what I call a desperate team (Texas). BYU was the reason Mack Brown got canned/resigned however you wanna look at it. I thinking of putting a small play on Texas just for the simple fact Charlie Strong probably knows that beating still is not sitting right with the Longhorn nation. JMO

Charlie could care less about winning this season. He has already said as much. The only difference this game makes is inn the loss column for Texas. Is it 4 or 5 losses this season? Maybe even more. Charlie was a total fool for not preparing for the fact that he could lose his starting QB because this kid is as fragile as an egg. He should have had another QB ready to go.

So how do you figure Charlie strong isn't ready just in case a injury prone q.b such as ash gets hurt. Your probably a down south Dumass redneck hick. Texas all day clown. The books woulda had byu by a touchdown at least.

Did Charlie Strong recruit this QB? He found Bridgewater in Miami. I'm fading the Longhorns here. BYU is too multidimensional.

This may actually be better for Texas. Backup QB with the backup center. The should have some chemistry.
