no they return the entire wide receiver group and 10 men on the defense returning i believe.

however they have a freshmen QB and an attrocious offensive line.

Penn State returns with star QB but the WR's are gone. Penn State returns 7 of 11 on a defense who demolished Michigan and Wisky a season ago.

Penn State's O-Line has size but lacks experience.
