TCU has suspended Star DT Devonte Fields for assaulting his girl friend. Fields was arrested and charged with two misdomenor counts yesterday. Fields, who was voted the Big 12 Defensive Lineman of the year in pre-season voting, anchored a very strong Defensive Line. If he is permanently kicked off the team, this would be a huge blow to a team that reallycannot afford this type of loss.
