He was convicted of fraud for Northcoast giving out both teams in various phone services they had, thus playing both ends against the middle. He and Northcoast paid some serious cash in fines to the Feds, and Steele was placed on probation for several years. He also did a little time. Remember ATS? I had friends who got burned by him.

As far as the rest of your e-mail, use your head.
