Look for the Boilermakers and Irish to light up the scoreboard in Saturday's Hoosier State showdown in South Bend.

In this contest, my money is on the over.

Both teams can score and both teams can give up points. With that being said, you have to love the over.

Notre Dame has sprung a leak defensively and I think this Purdue team, averaging over 40 ppg this season, should be able to run and throw against this weak Notre Dame defense. On the flip side, the Boilermakers have a very porous secondary, and that spells trouble against Brady Quinn and the Irish pass attack.

Look for a ton of points to be scored on Saturday.

I think the under is the way to play this game myself. I think that new clock rules could really help aid this under.

61 is a ton of points. ND and Weiss I'm sure are doing everything they can to step up there D as well after getting torched by Mich st.
