I like Hokies a lot in this game. They may win this outright, but the +7 looks like money to me. VT has one of the best defenses in the nation and should be able to pressure Hundley and cause some havoc for the Bruin offense. If the Logan Thomas and the VT offense can take care of the ball and manufacture some points here and there, I see this being a tight game for four quarters.

As lopsided as this VT/UCLA score looks, I think it would have been a competitive, 4 quarter game if Logan Thomas doesn't suffer an early exit. That was a game changer. It's impossible to cap injuries like that. I was hoping Leal (the backup) could hold down the fort a bit, but he was the worst looking 1A quarterback I've seen in awhile.

I lean Duke as well. It's been such an atrocious bowl season for me though I'm starting to second guess everything. Been killing it in NFL and then giving it all back in these stupid bowl games. SOOOO Frustrating!!!!
