Tracking public bets and line movements

Hey guys - I was trying to follow some sites to see how the public was betting on the BC-AZ game. It seemed more people were starting to pick BC, so I locked in the +7...now it's at +8 and I feel like a fool.
How can I check a legit site to see what the public is betting? I used Oddshark and thespread.com

For real, nobody knows for sure. I look at vegas insider, the spread, cappers mall, I-odds, covers consensus and streak for the cash to get a feel for what the 'public' likes and then go from there.

Believe nothing because these guys can tell you anything they want. Once again, people get sucked into who the public is playing instead of how much money is going down on each team. If 9 of you wager $100.00 on Boston College, and I wager $1000.00 on Arizona, they will tell you that 90% of the public is on BC, but the money is on Arizona. Who cares what Joe Pub does. They are the amateur gamblers out there. Find out where the money is. Remember, Joe Pub is on the right side about 47% of the time.
