Dex... I don't think it was an overreaction... when the linesman was first marking the play while running in from the sideline, he was about a foor-and-a-half short of the yardline. However, after they cleared out the pile, he marked it at the 12 yard line. The best view was from the end zone, which appeared to show that he never got the necessary yardage.

Anyway, it ain't over yet. I learned back in 1980 to never bet against the Mormons in a bowl game.

PS: Would it be safe to assume that the girl in your avatar is your fiance'?

This has been one of the worst overall special teams performances I've ever seen by a team. They are literally handing Washington this game.

these receivers havent helped him much NC.....Hill hasn't been as bad as you've made it sound. at least hes keeping them somewhat in the game with his legs.

ive seen at least 3 or 4 1st down catches dropped.....this last one was a douzy.

Yeah, but it's like a pitcher who walks a ton of guys and then doesn't get the defense to play well behind him. Hill is so inaccurate that when he actually does hit the wideouts in the numbers, they aren't expecting it because they're half asleep and used to seeing balls sail, bounce, etc.
