Fresno St. ML +180 (1x)

Not a very impressive bowl card today, but I will be going with these to kick off the season.

6 points is too many to give a Colorado St. team that can really run the ball. Washington St. has not been able to stop the run all year long. They have also had a few weeks to study up on the Cougars gimmicky offense. I see a field goal game either way here.

USC and Fresno is going to be a shootout. Derek Carr is the real deal. He can make all the throws and will set himself up nicely for the NFL Draft after this one. USC has not seen a passing game like this all season. However, Fresno's defense is a dumpster fire, and USC will be able to move the ball up and down the field on them as well. I think this game plays well into the 70s. I am going to also sprinkle 1 unit on the Fresno ML because I think there is a lot of value there. Carr and that offense is good enough to lead Fresno to an outright win. The over is this game is the best play of the day, though.

If the USC defense shows up, the under covers. USC will control the ball on the ground, and that means eating up the clock. This is a pass for me because from what I understand, the USC kids were not happy about losing Coach O and I have no idea how they will react today. I do know that USC has played and defeated many teams far better than Fresno State.

Of course, but even if I had not seen either team, I wouldn't trust an opinion of a guy saying USC will lay down (like they could have all year amid their many distractions, but didn't), but has an avatar of their opponent... like I said a very "unbiased" opinion.. come back when you take your rose colored glasses off, my friend.
