    Miami FLA-Louisville
Am I the only that finds it interesting that Miami-FLA is a road dog @ Louisville considering Bush is gone and, according to the oddsmakers, people think Miami is gonna start the season 0-2. I'd be willing to bet that a line move is coming at some point.

Or maybe it's because I'm as square as the TV I'm watching right now.....

Kind of what I'm thinking. You know Miami is going to have the better athletes and depth. It obviously would be a different story if Bush was playing.

I did make a mistake in my original post. I thought they were off last weekend because they weren't "bettable". They were playing Florida A&M. Miami-FLA crushed them as expected. Sorry about that.

Anyway, I'm with ya, gummo. I just think that Louisville, at this point in the season, is unproven. They beat Temple 62-0 last weekend so that doesn't prove anything. They have not been under duress since they lost Bush. Louisville will certainly be under duress this weekend. Brohm has good loins so maybe he can handle it without his stud RB. We shall see. As of right now, I'm definitely gonna take a gander at Miami-FLA getting points from Louisville.

          r2d2,

Good points and well taken. I assume that Moore and Moss will be back this weekend for Miami-FLA. Am I correct about that?

I'm passing on this game myself.

This is one of those types of games I just want to sit back and watch.

I don't really know what to expect from both teams. As Ebone mentioned above, I too have my doubts about Miami going 0-2 to start the season, meanwhile I'm not sure if Louisville has the horses to keep pace with the canes even if they had Bush.

miami's defence is just too good to even think about betting this one. can't wait to watch it though.

I think this is blowout city. You put Miami's players in any other jerseys and they are 7 point dogs or more. If Miami is a big public play - which it will be, I am almost certain - I will be on da' Ville.

The U typically performs well when everybody underestimates them, one that sticks out is the outright win they pulled out against V. Tech a few years ago.

Due to popular belief, Miami did in fact play last week and are thus 1-1 on the season and not 0-1. They beat Florida A&M 51-10 at home last week. Moss did in fact play last week and is playing this week. I couldn't find any info on Moore though. Should be a good game with Miami sneaking out the victory.

some serious trends collide in that Miami vs. Louisville game...think that Louisville is 12 of 13 ATS at home their last 13 and Miami is like 8-0 ATS as an underdog their last 8 games with 8 straight up victories...I do think the line's a little low though...
