For those interested, I spoke to my cousin who is a student at FSU and has a buddy that works in the capitol. Latest word is Jameis will be announced innocent come 2pm today. There is evidence via the victims Facebook/Twitter account (which were deleted) that show the two of them together which shows the victim lied about 'not knowing who Winston was'. The two witnesses for Jameis (his roommate, her roommate) both testified the sex was consensual. The real issue at hand is whether or not the SA has enough evidence to possibly charge the victim for filing a false police report. Sad what females will do nowadays to get their name out in the spotlight.. Almost risked jeopardizing the kids career and Heisman chances.. Hope he learned to keep his d*** in his pants.
