I personally won't be playing this game but I have a pretty interesting stat:

Entering 2013, Toledo has beaten a team from a BCS-AQ conference at least once in 6 of the previous 7 seasons. Its only season without such a win was 2011. They haven't beaten a BCS-AQ team yet. The line would suggest it's possible.
