Temple just scored 36 points on UCF last week. So what! Obviously temple has found themselves a quarterback in Pete Walker, who can air it out. Rutgers, on the other hand has Nova at QB and he is worse than Blake Bell.
He is a sorry QB, one of the worst in the nation. There is no way Rutgers puts up those kind of points but UCF will. My wager on this one is UCF -8.5 1st half 100/110.
