    How Bout Them Dawgs???
Hey guys, I hardly ever post my plays on here (had an MLB thread across the street that made some decent coin), and I won't talk about being amazing at capping college football or anything crazy. Long story short, I'm a Georgia alum, watch and know the SEC better than any other conference, and make more $ from this conference every year than the others. Obviously I'm a huge Dawg fan, so you can take this lightly and go to others for advice and discussion for this game.

There are so many different angles you can take for this game, and I will briefly discuss a few of them. First of all, disregard the fact that this is a home game for Auburn. We played them at Auburn last year, and because of crazy SEC scheduling we're at the Plains again. Don't be fooled-the away team has a better record in this series, and besides that Auburn is only 3 hours from Athens, and with this game being the oldest rivalry in the South our fans always show up.

injuries you say? Yes some of our better players are still out, but we have Todd Gurley, and even if he isn't 100%, he gives Georgia that second dimension on offense, which will allow Aaron Murray to open up the passing game with play action and keep that secondary of Auburn's (by far the weakest part of Auburn's team) honest. Yes Auburn's defense is good and had been improving as the season has progressed, but the Dawgs will score points on that defense.

The most important thing to remember is that this is the South's oldest rivalry, where fans from both teams show up no matter what their teams' records are. This rivalry is right behind Auburn/Bama and Georgia/Florida as far as significance, and I love the fact that we are 6-3 and Auburn only has one loss. Say what they want, Auburn is definitely looking ahead to the Iron Bowl against Bama in a couple weeks, and though they will try to take this game as seriously, this is nothing compared to that game. And don't think that Georgia isn't excited about having the opportunity to ruin Auburn's season and their chances at making the SEC Championship game.

To make it better I'll be at the game with my wife and her family, and they are all huge Auburn fans, so once again I'll be the only one in red and black at the tailgate! FWIW even my wife says she thinks it'll be a very close game. Anyway, I recommend a wager on the Dawgs today:

    GEORGIA +3 (+100)
    GEORGIA ML +143

Don't over think it guys, take the Dawgs and the points here. If it makes you feel better feel free to buy the hook, or bet the Over as it will most likely be a shootout. Good luck to those who tail!

I honestly don't get why u posted this, you're a georgia alumni... Most biased pick I have ever seen. It will either be close or auburn will blow them out

Georgia should very well be 0-3 on the road.

Laugh all you want guys, ask any SEC guy that actually watches-home field means absolutely nothing in this series. And yes I admitted to being a homer and possibly biased, but I'm not 'blinded' by my team or anything. This will be my final post in my thread until after the game-please take the negativity somewhere else, I never said this was a lock or anything, and I haven't been cocky or arrogant like many others. I know it's asking a lot for guys to be respectful and mature, but it gets a little ridiculous in this forum sometimes. Tail or fade, it's your choice, but please be constructive in your criticism and discussion. Good luck on all your bets today (unles you take Auburn lol).

Im rollong with them DAWGS all day cuz!! Georgia by far has the hardest schedule in the nation. Through the last 6 games Auburn has played very well but two of those are against Western Carolina and Florida Atlantic. Im Big Ten nation so no bias. Im with you on them.

Yeah the football gods were smiling on Auburn tonight. Can't get any luckier than that. Talk about a bad beat-4th and 18, Nick Marshall throws a horrible pass into triple coverage, our guy goes for the interception and tips it up into Louis' hands, td just like that. You can't talk smack at all-we were down by 20 pts with 12 minutes left in the game, and Aaron Murray marches us down the field and scores 3 straight unanswered tds to take the lead. This game made me sick, this kind of shit only happens to us when we play Auburn...

                    I agree to some extent..
Auburn should have never gotten there self in that position to start with. Up by 20 in the 4th and let Ga drive and drive to get back in the game.

On another note that was NOT a TD when Murray run up the middle on that 4th and goal!! But oh well!

                    Gurley = Shut DOWN!

The SEC Championship game (west) will be decided in Jordan Hare 2weeks from now!!!

Yeah I agree man I did feel kinda bad about the Murray td (we were in the upper deck on that side but couldn't tell from where we were)-I would've felt weird about winning that way on a controverial play that could've gone either way. And I wouldn't necessarily say Gurley was shut down-he had 79 rushing yds and 77 rec yds. But I'm definitely going for the Tigers in a couple weeks. Wife always goes for GA (she went to school there too) when we play anyone else, and I go for Auburn against everyone else. Might get tickets for that one too, we'll see.

Feel bad for Murray. Offense has had injuries on top of injuries, defense is terrible and he has a bunch of doofuses as coaches. Refs havent done many favors for them either.
