    Marshall -13 is a gem. Here's why...
This is my lock of the week.

    Marshall -13.

Marshall is an offensive explosion waiting to happen. We have a team here who averages nearly 500 total yards a game. They've scored 49+ points six times this season. Played well against a stingy Virginia Tech defense in Blackburg. Opposing defenses have only managed to hold the Herd to 24 points or less twice this year. They've won 4 of their last 5 and are playing a (2-7) Tulsa team who simply isn't going to be able to keep up. Tulsa's highest scoring game was 34 points against UTEP. Tulsa has a pretty damn good secondary, but Marshall's balanced attack will keep them guessing and will allow plenty of opportunities for big plays. A few stats:

    Marshall
    Total Yards - #21
    YDS per Game - #14
    Passing Yards - #31
Passing Yards Per Game - #29
    Rushing Yards - #25
Rushing Yards Per Game - #22
    Points - #13
    Points Per Games - #2

    Tulsa
    Total Yards - #112
    YDS per Game - #93
    Passing Yards - #97
Passing Yards Per Game - #79
    Rushing Yards - #92
Rushing Yards Per Game - #80
    Points - #115
    Points Per Games - #46

I feel great about this one. That being said weeknight games get weird and I've been dead wrong before. This would truly be a shock to me if Marshall doesn't cover. Good luck to everyone!

Marshall on the road is pathetic. Could possibly lose this one straight up.

Actually they are pretty good on the road. Should have beat VT and they played middle TENN and Ohio tough.

Mid Tenn is a joke, Ohio is a joke, and you forgot about their 1 point victory over powerhouse Florida Atlantic.

Tulsa is way worse than Ohio and Middle TENN. FAU has a couple of decent wins. Bottom line is that Marshall is a much better team that can score and there D is not terrible. GL

Tulsa isn't going to put up 50 points like MTSU and they are playing much better since the Ohio loss. FAU is not a bad team, but admittingly that was a tough loss on the resume. I don't think anyone is calling Marshall a bunch of world-beaters but Tulsa is horrrrrible. Their offense is so bad Marshall could cover by scoring in the mid 20s, low 30s, although I think they will put up much more than that.
