Bielema's a disaster. Guy is in way over his head. He should've never crawled out from under his Wisconsin security blanket. Alvarez set him up with the best job possible and a full cupboard, he has a few decent seasons despite showing major in-game coaching flaws, then bites the hand that fees him and bolts for the SEC. He is now the laughingstock of the league.

He will be paid $5,158,863 this season with potential bonuses of another $700,000.

Unless the Razorbacks buy him a motorcycle and hook him up with a volleyball player...they got him for better or worse the next few years.
