If i am going all in (which shouldn't be done anyways), i will bet on a game that has at least 80% chance of winning. 80% of winning is an odd of about 1.24 (like the odd on BAMA's ML now). You might say 1.24 is not much, then parlay couple of >80% chance of winning games. You should get a decent total odd with still a high win proba. Now compare that with a 52% win chance of a spread bet and take a decision.

This is what I am going to do …. $300 on one team straight up ATS (probably Alabama -12.5) $100 on a 2 –teamer ATS and the remaining $350 split up among various parlays (mostly moneyline). Unfortunately, I was pretty smashed last night… woke up late and hungover so didn’t feel like heading out and western transferring $750 when a lot of my leans were already playing… so in the end I didn’t put any picks in. Had I put my picks in I still would’ve only made $180 profit (on the whole $750) … none of my parlays would’ve hit.
