I'm hoping someone can help me with the public betting chart. This week Nebraska opened as a 7 point dog to Michigan. The line has moved & Nebraska is now a 6.5 point dog even though the public is on Nebraska. What does this mean? I hope I uderstand this cart. If a team is a public favorite & the points go down instead of up you should pick the underdog. Right? Thanks in advance to all that respond.
