I know it's @ Baylor but Stoops is no fool and no stranger to big games in the big 12. How do you lay 16.5?? When do you ever get Oklahoma and all the nfl players on that roster @ +16.5. Just worth a shot on value, no??

worth a shot on value.. but this is sometimes how vegas gets people to lose money.. by making it seem too easy to take
