Thursday 10/31 HALLOWEEEEEEN CFB - Best Play on Board???

I looks like N.Tex/Rice over 53 may be the best play on the board.
I am torn in several different directions, a lot of action tonite gents!

Also ULM should probably be favorite and not Troy. That being said, WHATS YOUR THE BEST PLAY?

I think Rice is the better team, but just barely. Both teams have a less than stellar QB.
N.Tex's Derek Thompson: 11TD 10INT 3FUM

Rice is running the ball more than in previous years. Rice has also won their 5 conference games so far. Maybe the ages old culture of losing has changed.
I haven't looked at ULM in depth, but they look like the better team so far.
