Whats the deal with the RLM on Ball st

Anybody know whays going on with the ball state line? This was one of my favorites ball st to win opened -11.5 now down to -9? whats up?

Sharps fukkin with the lines these guys will probably come back tommorrow and lay the -9 and hope for a middle
